What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel after your reservation is confirmed, the following cancellation fees will apply.
- ◾3 weeks before the reservation date: 10%
- ◾2 weeks before the reservation date: 20%
- ◾1 week before the reservation date: 30%
- ◾5 days before the reservation date: 50%
- ◾3 days before the reservation date: 80%

If you charter the boat for foreign guests, we recommend that you bring an escort/guide.
Is there a limit to the size of luggage?
There are no particular restrictions on luggage size, but you are responsible for managing your own belongings.
Is smoking allowed on board?
Smoking is allowed on the rear deck, where ashtrays are provided.
Is it suitable for children, elderly, or wheelchair users?
Children and elderly guests can board. Elementary school children will be served a kids plate.
Preschool children are not charged for boarding, but no seat or meal will be provided.
Wheelchair users can board, but depending on the seat layout, it may not be possible to use a wheelchair at the table.
Can I bring pets on board?
In principle, pets are not allowed on board. Thank you for your understanding.
What happens in case of bad weather?
In principle, cruises will operate even in bad weather. However, if the captain decides by 6:00 p.m. the day before that it is not possible to operate due to thunder or heavy rain, the cruise will be canceled.
Is there an all-you-can-drink (alcohol) option?
Yes, it is available. If you would like this option, please let the staff know.
What is the cancellation policy?
Our menu may change depending on the season. If you have food allergies, please let us know when you make your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your needs regarding ingredients and menu, but please note that we cannot guarantee complete removal due to the kitchen environment. 5. Go straight and turn right.
6. Go up the stairs.
7. Head toward the sign for Osaka Aqua Bus.
8. Go straight with McDonald's on your right.
9. You have arrived at Exit 17. Go out the automatic door to Yachenyahama.
10. Please wait at the caster gate. Staff will come to open it for you.
